Waste must be placed in a brown paper compost bag and branches must be cut to 4' lengths and BUNDLED. You may also use containers marked with an "X". Grass clippings placed in regular garbage WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
WEEKLY PICKUP: LARGE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, PAINT ETC.
Customers are allowed one large item per week, such as a couch, chair, etc. Freon must be removed from all refrigerators or freezers. Paint must be dried in the can. You can use sand or kitty litter to dry the paint. Customers MUST call Richfield Management to arrange large item pickup. Service is included in the monthly fee. RECYCLING
As long as you have a blue bin from the Village office, you may also put recycled items in other plastic/bin containers in addition to your blue bin from the Village of Lexington.
